Mitzi Collinsworth
Co-Founder

For over thirty years, I have coached athletes through elite performance training, fitness, and nutrition—but my true passion is developing golfers, especially junior players, who want to reach their highest potential on and off the course. My coaching philosophy blends golf-specific athletic development, functional movement, and evidence-based nutrition to help young athletes build strong, healthy, and sustainable foundations for long-term success.

I own and operate my in-person and virtual coaching business, where I primarily train junior golfers, competitive high-school players, college athletes, and aspiring professionals. My expertise also allows me to support clients in corrective exercise, general fitness, weight management, and special limitations—but everything I do is rooted in helping golfers move better, feel better, and perform better.

I collaborate with professional golf coaches and sport-specific specialists to ensure each athlete receives a complete, holistic training pathway—covering mobility, strength, power development, endurance, recovery, and nutrition. This team-based approach ensures that junior golfers have every resource they need to grow confidently and consistently.

 

Nutrition is one of the most misunderstood areas in youth athletics, and it remains a core pillar of my mission. I am committed to educating families and young golfers on how to fuel for performance, protect long-term health, and make responsible choices for their bodies and the environment.
