Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. This is crucial for NCAA Division I and II athletes to get certified. NCAA Eligibility Center

Subject Breakdown: 4 English, 3 Math (Algebra I+), 2 Natural/Physical Science (with 1 lab), 2 Social Science, 1 additional English/Math/Science, 4 additional from these areas or Foreign Language/Philosophy/Religion.

Meet the 10/7 Rule (D1 only): Before starting the seventh semester (senior year), complete 10 core courses, including 7 from English, Math, or Science. D1/D2: Have strict core course and GPA requirements, requiring certification. D3: Does not require NCAA Eligibility Center certification but still has its own academic standards.

Achieve a Minimum Core GPA: A 2.3 GPA in core courses is needed for Division I. Standardized Tests (Optional): SAT/ACT scores are no longer required for NCAA eligibility but are often needed for college admission, so check with specific schools.

Graduate High School: You must graduate from high school.

Amateurism Certification: Prove you haven't received payment for athletic participation.

Submit official transcripts after graduation. Most require this be done through a transcript service through the high school directly. Personal email or mail is not permitted.
