• A key component. Families will not miss a tournament deadline again or end up on a waiting list. Registration management is handled from start to finish with reminders sent one week before and again on the day of each deadline. Families receive a shared Google Document with tournament name, location, registration deadline, and event date. (*Optional addition. With signed consent, KBM can book tournaments directly for the junior golfer.)

• A living tournament schedule that evolves throughout the season with updates based on performance, rankings, new opportunities, or schedule changes.

• A fully customized tournament strategy built around the golfer’s goals, skill level, academic interests, and target division for college golf. Every tournament is selected with intention.

• Complete guidance on local, regional, and national tournaments so families know exactly which events support rankings, exposure, and long term goals.

• Tournament selection reviews that consider course difficulty, field strength, ranking value, cost efficiency, geography, and long term objectives.

• Continuous communication and support with responses within twenty four hours. Unlimited phone, text, and email access.

• Priority support for urgent needs including sudden schedule changes, performance concerns, emotional stress, or unexpected tournament issues.

• Optional travel planning that includes hotel options, practice round scheduling, and logistical guidance for major tournaments.

• In-person or virtual one hour golf biomechanics evaluation to discover if the body is moving efficiently to create the proper movement needed to perform and score at a high level in the game of golf. Looking for body alignment issues, muscle imbalances, stability imbalances, and overall golf fitness.

• Will meet bi-weekly (2 times per month) in-person or virtual to teach the customized golf skill training and fitness plan and adjust as needed through observation.

• Will provide a four week customized golf skill training and fitness plan through an app on the phone, iPad, or computer with video demonstrations and clear instructions. This allows us to track progress, maintain consistency, and stay accountable. The plan will be updated after each meeting to constantly evolve with the players needs.

• Will provide a customized sports nutrition plan based on behavioral and performance needs. This is not a meal plan. Statistically meal plans fail because they are too restrictive and they don't educate the player. This will be educational and customized to meet the performance needs of the player. 

• Our team will create an eye catching golf recruiting resume, bio/stats infographic, and optional social media video with the latest technology based on the current needs of college coaches. 

• We will feature the player on our KBM database solely for college coaches and recruiters to have access, with parent/student-athlete permission. 

• Bryan Novoa will hold consultations with the player to guide them on best practices to reach out to college coaches to maintain relationships and create possible scholarship opportunities for their future. 

• KBM has a long standing relationship with collegiate coaches and will create opportunities for junior golfers to receive scholarships and possible NIL deals. 

• KBM will strive to place all players in the appropriate level for college recruitment and walk you through the entire process. No stone will be left unturned.
